At OTTO TORRO, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.
1) you are making your return within 30 days of the delivery date
2) you have not used the brushes. please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used
3) all items are in in its original condition and packaging
MAKE A RETURN IN THESE 3 EASY STEPS:
1) PRINT IT
PLEASE CLICK HERE TO PRINT THE RETURNS FORM and complete all requested details, including the reasons for your return
2) PACK IT
Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 working days of delivery. Carefully pack items into the box/parcel, ensuring that it is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original delivery note, as well as the completed RETURNS FORM
3) SHIP IT

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt. Refunds will be made against the original debit/credit card used. Shipping rates are not refundable

MAKING REFUND USING AFTERPAY
- When you use our pay overtime service Afterpay you have the option to return one or all of your items for a full refund. Your refund will take approximately 3-5 business days and will be refunded to the same account.
- If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due you have the option to cancel the entire payment plan which means you pay nothing.
- It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments! Once your return is processed back at OTTO RORRO, we will process your Afterpay cancellation as normal and any amounts paid towards the items returned will be refunded back to you directly.
- If the first payment instalment has already been made when you return the items to us we can cancel the rest of your payment plan as well as refund the initial payment you have made.
- If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine! We’ll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan. Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time!
